- Portal access is by invitation only and is personal to you.
- Materials made available through the portals are confidential and may be subject to a non-disclosure agreement or other terms provided with your invitation, which control if they conflict with these Terms.
- We may suspend or revoke portal access at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services unlawfully or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or our systems.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Services, including by introducing malware or scraping.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
- Submit false information, or files that contain malware, through our forms.
Intellectual property

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you and GeoFrame consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Changes take effect on the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and do not apply to disputes that arose before that date. Continuing to use the Services after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
General
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and GeoFrame about your use of the Services. They do not replace any separate written agreement you have with GeoFrame, such as a confidentiality agreement or offering documents, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver.
