This Privacy Policy explains how GeoFrame Energy LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“GeoFrame,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit geoframe-energy.com, contact us, request an introduction to our investor relations team, or apply for a role (together, the “Services”).
Information we collect
Information you give us through our forms:
- Investor introduction requests: your full name, firm, work email, and phone number; if you choose, your investor type and a message; and whether you state that you are an accredited or institutional investor. That statement is your own declaration; we do not verify it through the website.
- Careers submissions: your full name, email, and phone number; if you choose, your location, area of interest, experience level, LinkedIn or portfolio URL, résumé (PDF or Word .docx, up to 4 MB), and anything else you share; and your consent to our storing this information for recruiting.
- Contact messages: your email and message; if you choose, your name, company, and type of inquiry (with a short description if you choose “Other”), and whether you would like to receive company news.
Information collected automatically:
- Your IP address, which our website holds in memory for up to 10 minutes after you send a form, to limit repeated submissions. Our website does not save it or include it in the emails we receive.
- Technical request data, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, which our hosting provider records in its server logs.
- Your cookie choice, which is stored in your browser, as described in our Cookie Policy.
- If you accept analytics, information about your visit, such as the pages you view, the website that referred you, and your device type, browser, and country, which we see only as aggregated statistics, as described in our Cookie Policy.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking technologies, and we do not allow other companies to collect information about your activity across websites through ours. Please do not send us sensitive information, such as government identification numbers, financial account details, or health information, through our forms.
How we use information

- To send you company news, if you ask us to. You can unsubscribe at any time using the instructions in any company-news email, or by contacting us.
- To protect our forms from spam and abuse.
- To maintain records required for legal, regulatory, tax, and compliance purposes.
- To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, misuse, or security incidents.
- With your consent, to understand how the website is used, through Vercel Web Analytics.
How form submissions are handled
When you send one of our forms, its contents are emailed to the GeoFrame team that handles it: investor relations, careers, or general inquiries. Submissions are not stored in a database on the website. A résumé is attached to that email and is not kept on the website. After you send a form, we show you a reference number that you can quote if you contact us about it.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, or as the law requires. We keep careers submissions for as long as needed for recruiting, including to consider you for future roles, and as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete yours at any time, and we will unless the law requires us to keep it. We keep other form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our relationship, and then as long as needed for our legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations. Our email delivery and hosting providers keep copies of delivered messages, attachments, and server logs for limited periods under their own retention practices.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. These include encrypted (HTTPS) connections to our website, checks on uploaded files, and limiting access to the inboxes that receive submissions to authorized GeoFrame personnel. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information.
Your privacy rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have sent us. If the law where you live gives you other rights, such as the right to a portable copy or to appeal our decision on your request, you can use them the same way. To make a request, email info@geoframe-energy.com. We may need to verify your identity, and we may keep information when the law requires or allows it.
We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a rejection of analytics: while your browser sends it, analytics stays off, even if you accepted it earlier. Our website does not respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals, because there is no common standard for them, and we do not track visitors across websites.
International visitors
Our website is operated from the United States and intended for a U.S. audience. If you use it from another country, your information will be processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those where you live.
If the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies to our processing of your information, we rely on your consent for analytics and company news; on steps you ask us to take before a possible employment contract for careers submissions; and on our legitimate interests in responding to you and keeping our website secure for everything else. Portal sign-in
Our website includes a sign-in page for the GeoFrame investor and lessor portals, which are available by invitation only. The portals are not yet open: an email address entered on the sign-in page stays in your browser and is not sent to us or stored. Before the portals open, we will update this policy to describe the information they use.
Children
The Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can delete it.
Third-party links
The Services may link to third-party websites, such as news outlets. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. This version is effective as of the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If we make a material change, we will note it in the introduction above.
