Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We design with keyboard navigation, sufficient color contrast, text alternatives for meaningful images, clear labels on form fields, and support for screen readers and browser zoom. Looping animations and video can be paused, and motion is reduced when your device asks for it.
Ongoing work
- We review new pages and features for accessibility before release.
- We test with automated tools and manual keyboard and screen reader checks.
- We review the website for accessibility periodically.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Linked third-party websites, such as news outlets, are outside our control.
